FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the most common questions we receive on a daily basis. if your question did not get answered below, please contact us!

1. How much do you charge for bows?

We price our bows based on what materials are used. For an example, a fully rhinestoned competition bow will be more expensive than a plain ribbon practice bow. We aim to give each of our clients something beautiful to wear that works with their budget.

2. What is your turnaround time?

Usually, the minimum turnaround time on a smaller order takes 7-10 days to complete from the payment date. Larger orders may take longer than 10 days to finish. You will receive a notification if the order takes longer. This does not include shipping times.

3. What bow sizes do you offer?

Our standard size is 3 inches. Upon request, we can shape tail-less bows, 2.25 inch bows, even mini sized bows at 1.5 inches along with keychains and headband bows. Anything to satisfy what you are looking for.

4. Are your scrunchies fluffy?

We aim to make each scrunchie big and full without the bulk. We have perfected our techniques to create something you will be proud and eager to wear and not another glorified hair tie.

5. Why are your scrunchies more expensive?

Although it may seem that way, we do offer competitive pricing on all of our products. Each scrunchie is made with the best materials money can buy, which includes high-quality fabric, premium rhinestones, and durable elastic. Each of our super bling scrunchies has as many rhinestones as a bow.

BOW CARE

Below are all the Do's and Dont's that we suggest to keep your bows in tip top shape.

DO's

  1. Treat your bow as if it is a part of your uniform. Your bow should be kept in a dry and safe place.

  2. Style your hair with a separate hair tie before putting the bow into your hair. We suggest putting another hair tie on top of the bow’s hair tie as well.

DONT's

  1. By not using a separate hair tie, it may cause the bow's hair tie to break or become too stretched out. We are not responsible for broken hair ties.

  2. We do not suggest attaching your competition bow to your backpack. This will cause extra wear and tear and damage the bow.

  3. Do not machine wash your bow. If your bow is to get wet, it may cause damage to the bow. We do not accept returns on damaged products after using.

  4. Do not over expose the bow to sunlight as it may cause the colors to fade.
